Shipping Information... 

 

Overcharged Freight Cost for Order(s) over $1,000…
Our shipping module is calculated based on the percentage rate of total purchasing amount, the freight cost of an order amount over US$1,000 might be overcharged and this overcharged freight will be refunded back to the original payment account right after your order actually ships out.

International Shipping Charges...
Due to using a calculation module that based on the worldwide average freight cost, customers in some countries might experience seeing over charged freight costs that are way more than you expected and in this case, please contact us immediately for us to calculate a proper shipping cost and submit you an e-invoice for your payment separately.

Shipping process
...
Order(s) of Standard, Expedite, or Priority Shipping: If your order is processed upon a completion of your payment, we will do our best to ship it out your order(s) within 1 ~ 3 working days via Designated Delivery Method.

Order(s) of Express Shipping: If your order is processed upon a completion of your payment before 4:00PM CST, we will do our best to ship it out your order(s) within 24 hrs.

Shipping Locations...
Actual shipping location may vary defend on where ordered item(s) are actually stocked by the time customer order(s) processed on our system.

Shipping address different than Billing address…

Don’t put your shipping address on the billing address even if your actual shipping address is different than your billing address when checking out of the shopping cart unless your different shipping address has already been verified by PayPal merchant system additionally and you just put your correct billing address first, then provide your actual shipping address on the special instruction box or via email at Customer@EZspyCam.com along with your order ID#.

Otherwise when your order(s) received with “Unconfirmed Address” or "Unverified Payment, which may caused by providing a different shipping address than your credit card billing address, your order(s) may be hold up to 14 working days until your account is verified completely through the credit card processing service and to expedite your order process, please call at 1-866-573-9698 or Customer@EzspyCam.com for more information..

For Orders paid by e-check...
your order will be shipped out after the actual money is deposited to our account completely that normally takes up to 10 working days and w will deliver another email confirming shipping information after your order actually ships out along with receipt and tracking information if applicable.

For International customers...
Due to a complete verification process of the international credit payment, your order will ship out after 7~10 business working days from the date your order received. To expedite shipping time,  you may wire transfer the payment directly to our bank or remit the payment via Western Union.

*Most of shipping carriers require to provide a recipient phone# for international delivery and so please make sure to put your reachable contact phone number when checking out of the shopping cart. 

*Duties and taxes may be charged to the buyer on certain items and vary by country and please aware that duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility.

*Once your order package left the US territory and lost somewhere no matter what reasons during transportation either in the buyer's country or between, we will try our best to track and retrieve the lost package and reimburse your lost either by a full refund or new replacement only when the lost recovered by insurance or freight carrier. So we strongly recommend customers, who reside in a country where a poor infrastructure exists, to arrange your own transportation or additional insurance for your order package. 


Items marked with "Pre-order Required"...
Items assigned as "Pre-order Required" are stock to built-in in house and will normally ship out within 2~14 working days upon a receipt of the payment and some customized special items may take longer.

Documents inside the package...
In case for your order package that you receive does not include a printed specification sheet, user's guide, or installation guide, please request it to our customer specialist at customer@ezspycam.com along with your ID# or invoice#.

 

 

 

Limitation & Exclusion... 

 

Product pricing, terms, specifications and warranties are subject to change without notice.

In addition, we may revise these terms of use at any time by updating the website and reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold. Prices include shipping handling charge, but exclude tax or insurance.

 

 

 

Product Warranty... 

 

All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited 1-YEAR warranty including parts and labor cost, except items that specified and assigned its own warranty terms.

1-Year warranty will not cover if equipments malfunction that caused by improper installation or use and so please make sure to refer the installation guide posted on each item page before installation.


For any warranty returning product for repair, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be returned with RMA# (Returning Merchandise Authorized Number) authorized by EZ SPY CAM.

For any warranty-returning product for repair should be returned to EZ SPY CAM with freight prepaid by the customer.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for warranty returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.

We will pay freight charges for all warranty repaired items that are returning to a US domestic address via Ground freight service, but for those repaired items that are directed to an international address must paid by customer.  

Missing accessories for warranty returning products for repair will not be replaced, unless otherwise specially requested by the customer and purchased additionally.

 

 

 

Return Policy... 

 

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted and all returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by EZ SPY CAM before any products are returned.

All products ordered are NOT subject to cancellations.
  Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer and still these returns must be authorized by EZ SPY CAM before product(s) is returned. EZ SPY CAM will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at EZ SPY CAM's discretion.

Special exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis determined by EZ SPY CAM.  In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% ~ 70% restocking charge defend on condition of the returning product(s) and must be returned within a seven (7) day period from date of receipt of product(s).

No refunds will be given for products returned without authorization from EZ SPY CAM and shipping instruction must be obtained from EZ SPY CAM. The customer will not authorize returns after seven (7) days of receipt of products.

The following items may NOT be returned:
Used merchandise
Special orders
Custom made items
All Software products
Items that have been modified by the customer
Shipping & Handling Charges (SHC) are non-refundable
Preorder required, Preorder or Stock to to built-in items

For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. 
Charges for delivery services are nonrefundable after the services have been performed.

Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.) For any product received that is not the product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns.

Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RMA is valid for 10 days. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.

Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchased price will be credited to your credit card account or a refund check will be mailed. 

Allow 2-3 weeks (not including delivery time for mail refunds) to complete the refund process. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories.
