2. When you move to item pages, also make sure to review Installation Guide of each item thoroughly before you make a final purchasing decision.

3. Then, review Sales Terms and Conditions thoroughly before you click on "Add to Cart" buttons to purchase products.

4. Click on Add to Cart button to add each item which you decided to purchase to the shopping cart and then go through the checkout process by clicking PayPal Checkout button that shown at the bottom of the shopping cart page when your shopping is completed.

* Each unit cost varies by your order quantity and so please make sure to click on the proper Add to Cart button that applies to your order quantity.

5. Don't have a PayPal account, you do not need to be a PayPal member to purchase goods from EZspyCam for customers who reside in US, Canada, or British.

Please just click "Continue" button shown next to the clause of "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)" at the bottom of the PayPal log-in page and then just fill up your payment information.

For international customers, except who resides in US, Canada, & British, we request to have a PayPal account and verified by the Worldwide PayPal system to shop at EZspyCam. We also request to provide us a contact phone number for all international orders.

6. There will be no shipping & handling charge will be added on the item that offered the free-of-shipping promotion marked with icons shown left for US domestic orders and shipped via standard ground delivery service that normally takes 2 ~ 7 days. International customers who orders any of the free shipping promotion items must contact us first in order to obtain the freight charge and separate payment invoice.

7. Items offered with the gift warp service are mostly great gift gadgets for men and select one gift wrapping service that suits to your application among available gift wrapping services that shown on the drop-down menu as well as write a gift message up to 120 characters in the gift message box that located right next to the drop-down menu when needed.

8. For US domestic customers...
If your order was placed and payment is cleared before 4 P.M. PST, we will do our best to ship it out on that same business day, otherwise it will ship on the next business day.

For International customers...
When you are verified by PayPal and your order submitted with confirmed address, your order will ship out within a day or two upon a receipt of the order, otherwise due to the complete verification process of the international credit payment, your order will ship out after 7~10 business working days from the date your order received. To expedite shipping time, you may wire transfer the payment directly to our bank and call or email for more details.

Items marked with "Pre-order Required"...
Items assigned as *Pre-order Required will normally ship out within 7~10 working days upon a receipt of the payment and some customized special items may take longer.

Documents inside the package...
For the camera or surveillance gadget package that you receive does not include a printed specification sheet, user's guide, or installation guide, please go to the item web page and download all necessary documents.
